The monk had hidden the bow and arrows in the folds of his long sleeves. This dance can also be referred to as “Gar” dance. It is derived from a different tradition of the tantras.Zhana Dance celebrates the assassination of the Tibetan King Langdarma in 842 A.D. by a Buddhist monk called Lhalung Pelki Dorji.
