Juging dance is performed in every Tshechu festivals to drive away the non human spirits which believied to be the destroyer or devils harming the people. The Tsechu festival is held annually, this sacred chams of Peling are displayed to the public only during Tsechu.The performer wears the pig mask and it was made of wood. It was in fiftteenth century the Driging Cham was introduced to subdue all the spirits who tends to harm and destroy the spread of Buddha Dharma.
