The shot was taken during Chhukha Tsechu.There are three types of the sacred dances introduced by Tertoen Pema Lingpa and Juging Cham is one of them.Juging dance is performed in every Tshechu festivals to drive away the non human spirits which believied to be the destroyer or devils harming the people.
