In the Tsechu festival people from the differrents works of life came to withness the dances and Chams, and to recieve blessing. With devotions to liberate themselves from the negative forces and attain the path of Budhha. The Dancers clothed in the colourful pattterns were the Dzongkhang cultural groups summoned from the village. The women presenting their dance to the public to make the festival interesting and gain the attractions. One of the reasons of performing such dance during the tsechu is to uphold the status of the culture and to promote traditonal customs and etiquetee.
