The brewed millet that is served to everyone in place of the Doya which is put inside a large bamboo jar.The image is taken during the Doyas first night of new year festival and is called the Lue festival. During the particular festival they to make torma (ritual cake) out of the foxtail millet and the head of the family make the offering.
