The image is of the Ap Damey with his son throwing the torma in Shar(East) and Nob(West) direction to do away with the evils which is going to take place in their locality. The image is taken during the Doyas first night of new year festival and is called the Lue festival. During the particular festival they to make torma (ritual cake) out of the foxtail millet and the head of the family make the offering.
