Zhidé Dratsang (bzhi sde grwa tshang), the seat of the Reting Regent (rwa sgreng rin po che) in Lhasa. The monastery is located north of the Jokhang (jo khang) near Ramoché Temple (ra mo che dgon pa), and was reestablished in this location in the mid-eighteenth century under the 7th Dalai Lama (tA la'i bla ma). A yak hair curtain covers a verandah above the main entrance to the monastery. Potted plants have been placed on the front steps, and the cobblestone foreground is overgrown with grass.
