The entrance to the Jokhang (jo khang), which faces west. Flower pots can be seen on ground level in the center of the image, and a yak hair curtain on the second level covers the verandah of the reception room, the Khamsum Tsomchen (khams gsum tshoms chen). A curtain of English-made cloth hangs below the verandah, under which people can be seen prostrating.Associated Resources
