Villagers having lunch after Paddy plantation in the field. During Paddy plantation the neighbours and relatives come together to help or to finish the work fast. They help each other vise verse. The food is provided by the owner who is responsible for the paddy plantation in that particular day. In case if they are runing short of labour force then the owner hire the Indian labourers from the neighbouring border for a day. While hiring them the owner need to make a pass for a day for them and they are paid on a daily base.
