A woman of up rooting Paddy plant for plantation in the field. Before Planting in the field they up root the paddy plant and tie them into a bunch. Therefore it become easy for them while Plantation. While Plantation, they can just un-tie those Plant and Plant it directly. Few of the helpers plant the Paddy plant in the field, where as the rest helps in up rooting the paddy plant and make them inti bunch.
