Dzomo Khar monastery is located in Dzomo castle, the catsle and the monastery is founded by Shamchen Choje Shuja Yeshe. According to Dongkhar Great Dictionary, Shamchen Choje is one of Zongka ba's students and was born in the year of 1354.
