Prominent Tibetan writers from magazines, universities, middle schools, and Tibetan Research Centers were invited here are giving awards to ten winners of the Shem Women's Wrting Competition. Ten winners were chosen after a professional judgement and careful consideration among some respected Tibetan writers, professors and commentators.
