Mr. Lugyal is in charge of the entire project and was born in Luchu County, Ganlho Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. Mr. Lugyal and a few of his friends established a group called Gangri Pumo Editorial Group, which has was established to support the empowering of Tibetan women in literature work and provide better opportunities for them to become writers. Currently, Mr. Lhugyal is serving as director of Gangri Pumo Editorial Group. For this Shem Women's Writing Competition, he mainly engaged and organized the overall project. This is a photo of Mr. Lhugyal at the event giving an opening speech and an introduction to the projecct.
