Built in the late 1990's? in commemoration of mkhas zur seng ge, former abbot of Sera, a Mongolian who was the seniormost monk in the monastery. This was the previous site of the rje 'bum khang, a tsa tsa repository that had 100,000 clay images of tsong kha pa. The latter was detroyed.Associated Resources
